Email Monthly Update Subscriptions

For Email Monthly Update Subscriptions to Julie Mullins Natural Healing Therapy we capture information on the individuals who we believe have ‘Opted In’ via our website and are interested parties who are happy to receive information on the products or services offered by Julie Mullins Natural Healing Therapy.

We capture these individuals’ full name, email and telephone number only.


We hold the following information on all people who purchase our services and become clients: Full name, address, telephone number, email and details of their horses/animals.

Manual Records

We hold the following paper records for each client: Treatment Consent Forms, Health Questionnaires and Marketing Consent Forms. These are kept in a locked cabinet in a locked room.

The lawful reason that we use to process this data is Consent - where an individual has consented to have their data processed by us - and also a legitimate interest whereby we may process the data when carrying out Direct Marketing.

This data is not transferred to a third country outside of the EEA.

We delete data relating to financial payments after 6 years, as we are required to retain information for HMRC.

Records will be removed from email system after 2 years if there has been no engagement with a contact.

We remove data from our Marketing Automation Tool 2 years after there has been no engagement with the prospects. 

All records are disposed of securely when deleted. 

We keep an audit trail of when and how we capture this data.

  • Erase – any data that we hold relating to you

When we have collated all the data that we hold on you, we will securely send you the data, at most within 30 days.
